Model looks great but the lighting is very weak unfortunately. I'd love to see a better lit version ;)
-
I really like it...
Even if the light setup could be more interesting the shading works fine.
-
hehe, it is lit only with the hdri so it is hard for me to control the overal lighting :)

Very beautiful, like your rendering. Want this robot model. Models can share it?
-
thanks man. Sorry but I cannot share the model for free.

Very nice modeling, texturing and shading work. Do your images have any post or are they straight renders?
Also the lighting despite it being just an hdri, really due to corona looks very natural.
In my experience even renderers such as Arnold cannot get this result without serious post. Just my two cents.
-
very nice
-
Sexy! Is it part of some bigger project or just your personal work?
-
thanks!
Here is raw renders and link to the tutorial.

Just awesome. Wish I had the patience to model stuff like that
-
thank you :)
It took me only 4 days to model this one from scratch

Easy to look at, I really love your metalic shaders. Good job Sir.
-
Epic! :)
Can you share your tutorial again? Your link is broken.
-
Wow! Insane modelling man :) love the renders as well!
-
wow this is absolutely fantastic !
-
look at the models detail & the shader ... wow! you're so talented man!!
tweak the lighting and i believe that your works will be used for corona showcase.
-
stunning images. texture is hardcore. ;)
-
I've seen your work before, however I've never comment on them til now. I love warwick, but I love your work more. When I look your images I tend to pay attention to the detail and start wondering how these pieces work and what they do. I would be nice to see a break down of these pieces I would be in awe. Keep up the great work, I am your fan.

PUffPufff mostly pleasurres.

as always man, you blew my mind.. great concepts and shaders.
-
agree with cgdigi, you've done those high detailed shader very nicely. just like usual
and one question, are those scenes for a commercial project or just for personal fun?
-
There is a lot of people on this forum that are good even great but then this guy shows up with his fancy renders and suddenly most of them are quite "ok". Damn dude, those shaders are awesome!
-
please they could do a tutorial, that way achieve much reality? my renders are well ugly :(

It's quite easy actually. Most of the time all you need is a few years of hard work, experimenting, practice and experience.

Just a small tip if I may :)
Reflections tend to help most with presenting metallic objects. If your scene is covered in white lights and backgrounds then reflections will probably be duller and weirder...
Theres lot's of tutorials / courses online that touch this particular topic, try checking some of those out perhaps :)
But uhm yeah, Rawalanche hit the nail on the head :D
-
Thanks everyone!
shader are pretty simple just reflection texture and bump :)
-
really fast sketches I've done recently

How do you go about creating and assigning the worn-out edges on the hard-surface metal materials?
Nice work btw :)
-
worn edges done by a simple corona ao.
