Hi
As above, when I apply a material to an object , it dose not appear in the view port, do hard to size it correctly.

Any reason?

CoronaMtl does not support show in viewport per material. It needs to be done per map.

 Thanks
But I don't understand that.
I click the chequered map when in the map option and it should show in VP, yes?

Thank you again.

Select the map u want displayed in the material editor and click the checkered box,if u are using the slate material editor.
In compact mode, navigate to your map, and press the checkered box.The texture will display in your viewport.

If u select the material in either mode, clicking the checkered box will not display the material as corona doesn't support it.

Btw, I wanted to ask- Does Corona material support display of bump map/normal map in viewport as surface relief like other viewport shaders.

That's still not working for me.
and I am not using a bitmap , I can't see the colour either?
"If u select the material in either mode, clicking the checkered box will not display the material as corona doesn't support it."

But is statement says it doesn't show in the view port, only in the render?
That can't be, that's a basic requirement of any renderer surely?
