Title: 3ds Max Slate Material Editor - Node UI
Post by: cjwidd on 2021-08-24, 02:06:18
Selected nodes can be selected to 'show in active viewport' in the Slate Material Editor. Activating this feature draws a red overlay on the active node (see attached).

Is there a way to disable (i.e. 'hide in active viewport') multiple nodes at once?

Corona converter has such option, did you try it?

Selected object's maps in viewport - "show" "hide".

Kinda funny - the Corona Converter setting you indicated DOES disable the diffuse texture in the viewport, but it doesn't change the 'red label' on the node in SME. Not sure what that's about.

More importantly though, the Corona Converter option only affects diffuse maps.

I'm not sure i fully understand you. Converter has an option to turn ON and OFF maps displaying in the viewports, isn't this what you're after?
