Sea water material problem, thank you!
coronaHow can we make this material? I tested many methods, but none of them worked. I also used V-ray, but the effect is not ideal, thank you!
SSS The material rendering speed is too slow, and the transparent material is not。 thank you

Probably needs more than a material, it needs a liquid sim. The white foam will be a different material and different objects than the water, just mapping two materials to the same geo probably won't give realistic results. Rendering is likely to be slow whatever you do because it does need things like refraction, translucency, SSS, or similar.

Based on my colleague's suggestions, this is what it could look like. The water material is volumetric with caustics enabled and the foam is from Google with opacity enable and then layered over the water. It's not an award winner but it gives you the idea. ;)

Thank you, I have tested SSS, but it still fails to meet expectations. This is very complicated, and the color transparency of the upper and lower layers is different. thanks
