- alpha channel on
- save layer file.

Thanks.

It seems not, Alpha is a Shading pass and so can't use the Render Only Masks option (same in Max). You could disable all the lights and use a material override to make the beauty render faster though. Or you could see if you could use one of the masks as an alpha (if all objects have solid alpha) with a bit of conversion after the fact in PS.

With override material I will not get alpha to cut transparent object from ground....!

I will try few passes... let see how it comes.

Thanks.

Does this help? Can you share a screenshot of what you're trying to render? Visuals make life easier ;) I set the bottle to white and the ground to black.

Try the option "Render only masks (disable shading)" in General settings

Any idea how can I keep color in the base of the bottle...?
I tried Volumetric scattering.... with distance setting it goes all over the bottle.

Thanks.

You won't have much absorption or scattering in a water bottle. the water is clean an the small amount makes it crystal clear.
The blue color should come from the bottle/packaging in this case.
Or did you try to use the volume option on the plastic? I guess the bottle's mesh is single-sided.
