I am really fuck the new licensing system

I am a little angry.None of my previously working slave machines are rendering anymore.Is there a way I should follow about this?
I have a license with 10 slaves and users, but I don't understand where and what works. We used to be glad we didn't have to deal with them.

I have been using corona since 2014 and all our work is left unfinished at the office now.
I can't even see what license I have right now.

On the Licensing page, what is shown when you click on Licenses (rather than License Servers, which are a different thing - licenses are how many GUI and render nodes you can use, a License Server is what checks in with home base to find out how many licenses you can use).

Tom, thank you for the comment. But does the changed license system also cover old users?I used to use the 1x10 license system. Now when I look at it, it looks like 1x1.
My old system was automatically canceled when I could not withdraw from the credit card regarding the payment :(
If we start using corona 8, will we buy everything from scratch like this?

Sorry for the frustrations here. Yes, the old 1 WS + 10 Render Nodes should show up as "1 GUI and 11 Render Nodes" under the new system (as our workstation in the old system contained one render node by default). And yes, that should still apply so long as the subscription is kept renewing.
If there was an interruption in the payment which caused the subscription to drop, please contact our support team at support.chaos.com and "Submit a Request", asap after any failed renewal, let them know the situation that lead to the interruption in the renewal process so they can look into it. If that hasn't been done already, I'd suggest doing that right now :) If you can share a screengrab with them that shows the Licenses section, so we can see what it is reporting to you that you have available, and of course let them know the email the licenses are under etc. that would be great.

The root problem has not been solved yet, only a temporary solution has been applied.
The root problem will be soon solved by the chaos team.
