Animation setup

Hi! I want to run a test animation scene. Interior of medium difficulty. All previous tests show Flick and Strobe, are there any options that would get rid of the pictur is big 1200 * 720

I found a bug in my actions, I am not to cache HD the file because it had flick. With caching and reading followed by the renderer, it's okay, it's a pity that there is no more optimized way like Vray to make a separate pass without rendering the image.
