Hi,

Go to render setup>performance>interactive rendering and see if fast preview denoise during rendering is enabled. Disable it and see if that's make difference.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but maybe that's displacement artifacts? Do you use displacement in the scene? If so, try to lower its size in render setup>performance>displacement.

Can you please send us this scene with all assets included? (File > Archive)
Otherwise it will be very hard to guess what's going on here and provide a solution.
