Evening all

I am completed animations before with Corona, but have always made a loss, money wise.
It's a tricky business.
So how do people price an animation in general.
Interior architecture render, house for example, , do you price by second or per room.
Fly through was mentioned but they are gone out of fashion.
Pans are more stylish and easier to render in general.
So advise would be grateful.
Thank you

Sorry, i don't have anything to say on topic, just curious to know why pans are easier to render than flythroughs?
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

Hi

I mean a slow slide horizontally of the room .
A complete fly through of the entire house would be a lot of work to animate.
The  trend of late as in the last few years has been clips 6 seconds and then cut to another one of the same room.
If I am wrong please let me know.

I realize the thread is a bit old, but in case it helps others for general pricing info.

I recently purchased the Graphic Artists Guild Handbook: Pricing & Ethical Guidelines.   Tons of useful information on pricing for all types of freelance graphics work.  Computer rendering is included in there.  It is American but maybe can give you a ballpark.  Maybe just add 15% to the prices for inflation depending on the which version you get.

Also has template contracts for freelancers.
