Hi All.

I was wondering if anyone has, or if it's even possible to use a PC based machine as the main workstation and use several mac's running parallels as DR slaves?

Also thinking of using a Mac as a main workstation running parallels and 3ds MAX with corona. Does anyone know of any issues doing it this way?

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Haven't tried it myself due to a lack of a Mac but it should be possible as long as the virtual machines in Parallels are properly configured and the other virtual machines can see them on the network. Your virtual machines must appear as separate machines on your network with their own IP addresses that are on the same subnet as the machine you're starting the render on if you want Corona's "Search LAN" function to work or you can just enter their computer names or IP addresses of the virtual machines directly into Corona's distributed rendering settings and it should work.

FYI, it does work fine. No issues encountered so far :)
