I would LOVE to see you guys do a super customisable ink and paint shader. I think the features you guys could come up with would be great and it fits really nicely into the archviz pipeline to have a shader you can use to show concept visuals in that way.

+1 ,  sketchy/expressive lines within a "photoreal" render can be a good contrast.

How many times has a client looked at a photoreal render and assumed all the design decisions were made because the render looked finished.
Having the option to present sketchy visuals makes the entire process of dealing with clients less hassle imho
