That's so weird... The same I got last week but never happened to me again and I can't replicate the problem for now.

those are NaNs, easily fixable, but we need to scene where it happens

I sent the scene this morning about 7:30am.

can you send the scene with textures? It does not happen here without them...

I used resource collector in Max and the textures should be all in the zip file?

there is just .max file in the archive (Kitchen-Mode-02.ZIP - is this the correct arhcive?)

3ds collects not all texture, use this script http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/collect-asset

(I could not locate the archive with textures, so I requested it again. This issue is being discussed in support ticket #8472)

is this still happening? If so, have you uplaoded the scene?

In the support ticket, I did not get any further message from Philip after I sent him a link to the build which contained a fix for this. So I assume we can close this.
