Have 3D scanned a wooden Kitty statue via photogrammetry with a OnePlus One as camera some time ago. Thought that I might as well share it.
Neither mesh nor UVs are particularly clean, but as a background object it does the job.
50k polys.
Comparison shot to the real thing in attachments.
Bump map brings out some good detail.

Nice object...

Since I had some time while waiting for some stuff...

I decided to retopo the mesh (now about 1000 poly, and you can use turbosmooth/opensubdiv) and did a proper UV's so you can edit the texture in PS or whatever easily if needed... Hope you don't mind :)

Thats awesome, thanks!
Great detail at only 2% of the polygons. And UVs are waaay cleaner.
The Cheek has a Protrusion, but it is cleared up with one level of level of turbosmooth.
Image is 50k original, 1k polys and 7.8k turbosmoothed polys

Very nice, thank you both! Hopefully that kitty will finally catch the eames bird so that I never have to see it again in any picture...

Good Luck

Never underestimate the power of a well placed level one spell.
