Hi all,

Is this the correct behavior for "color" in Corona light material when "occlude other lights" is off?
I could swear that color was only affecting color and intensity, not opacity, in previous versions.

So, what you're seeing in this image is a gray color for "color". As you can see the sample turns transparent.


With a standard bitmap node I can use a float to control both U and V offsets of a map.
Is that possible with coronaBitmap?

1- Open the scene. It doesn't ask to convert the scene to the new displacement (there is displacement in the scene but the map in the material is un-checked)
2- Start interactive rendering
3- check on the displacement map checkbox in the material to enable it.
4- Crash.

Would it be possible to add a "copy image to clipboard" from the Corona Image Editor? For render elements that it's not necessary to save on the disc, you can just copy and paste in Photoshop. Thanks.

Currently it's possible to limit rendering in interactive mode by passes only.
The problem with this is that a certain amount of passes may work for some cases and be overkill for others. Noise limit would be better, for example, in isolation mode.

Hi there.

I have the feeling that my renderings are taking longer than, say, pre-V4.
But I'm not sure if it's corona, my computer, or my imagination.
Attached I'm sending an image and the scene.
It's an extremely simple scene. After 1 minute rendering it looks like this.
Would you say this is normal?
I know, it depends on how fast the computer is. Mine is not great. Still, I'd appreciate if someone can tell me if there's anything wrong with the scene.


I just spent a long time trying to figure out what was going on on my scene.

It turned out that the camera clipping was ON, and the far clipping wasn't far enough.
Please, please, please: Could you add a checkbox there for Far Clipping and set it in OFF by default?

-I enter license and IR starts
-Max closes with crash.

How would I rotate all textures in a CoronaMultiMap by 90 deg?
Is there a node to do that?

In MultiTexture there's a "rotate" built in. Looking to do the same with CoronaMultiMap.



Does anyone know how to auto adjust a rendering in Lightroom?
I tried to merge several exposures into an HDR but it won't do it without metadata.
Also it seems it doesn't import HDR files. Is this correct?

Any ideas?

The attached is a file that has a couple of railclone objects.
It takes much longer to start IR than when converted to geometry.
Is there a fix for this?

Even though cameras have the option to control all the postprocessing, it'd be nice to have a bar with buttons where you can load different conf files directly from the VFB.

This would allow you to use different settings for GROUPS of cameras.

For example: "Interiors", "Exteriors".

It only has 4 stars in Amazon so I'm kind of hesitant to buy it.
