best thing is that i render this scene with V-ray...

i have some spare time today to finally test db 22.08 - 1.7, speed increase is... wow :D
something is not right with IR, lagging... some times it hangs for 2-3min...
render settings for this test : noise limit  - 3%, pass limit: 600

core temps on load
cpu0 - 58-61
cpu1 - 65-68

your's temps are a bit high...
NH-U14S, the same as i have... i know that i have different cpu's but my temps are like 30-35 (difference between cpu's like 5-6) in stress it's 55-65, but max is 80... TDP 115W...

in my case update bios to 5802 make the deal... but i have another issue after that...
i read that in some cases gpu is holding post/boot to pass
