Title: settings renderer "reset" automaticaly: pass limit & time limit

Hey,

Since I installed 1.7 my render settings are constantly resetting themselves to: see attachment

every time I set them back to 0 to have it unlimited but it reverts back all the time after each render? Why is this happening?
