C4DR19 version. Crona Sun crashes

I use CORONA5.0 version and C4D is R19 version. When I use CORONA SUN to turn on interactive rendering, it has no effect, and it crashes. I have reinstalled CORONA and C4D, and I ca n’t solve this problem.

Hi there, Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Can you please send us the bug report that is displayed in the error message? You will find it here: C:\Users\YourPC\AppData\Roaming\MAXON\Cinema 4D R19_BFE04C39\_bugreports

Along with this file, can you also send us the entire contents of the CoronaRenderer folder found in the following location? This part is important! C:\Users\YourPC\AppData\Local\CoronaRenderer

After you have done this, Please delete that entire folder, uninstall Corona and then reinstall. And then let us know the outcome.
