But, maybe add a few details with some color, it will really give it that extra punch. Like a pink pillow or a yellow chandelier or something. Modern doesn't need to be so B&W.
I do like the overall theme. And those chairs in first render :o

A little too dark with the lighting for my tastes. Can't see many details. I get that it may be mood lighting, but I'd brighten everything up a tad.

hi.....you have to work on shaders and textures....when you are master in texturing and shading, lighting is not a big issue at that time..keep it up.

He was giving you his honest advice, with which I happen to agree. It is constructive criticism, you should be thankful, intead of trying to "attack" his work. He has a good portfolio, better than the images you have been showing here, so show a little respect.

Yes you are right. and i do agree that i am not a master in texturing and shading. but why we post our images here? and the answer is that peoples give us comments and feedback on our works. so it is my humble request to you that please be positive on any forum and should respect others comments.

I think that the problem in your vizualizations is not the shaders and lighting, the problem is in atmospherics.

Those images doesent look tasty, like i want to be there or i want to by it.

Well, the main problem is that they are simply too dark. Blacks are completely black. I have already said it once and will repeat myself. I think he should calibrate his monitor or get a better one. I really do not believe he sees the same brightness and contrast of his images as we see.

I completely agree with this statement. They lack the punch that give them a personality and atmosphere. Currently they look generic and not really very, well, interesting. This could relate to monitor calibration of course, but still. Feels a little extreme if that is the only issue.

Anyway, keep posting and keep improving! Also, remember that C&C is one of your most valuable tools to do just so, as it will feed your brain with more information to consider while planning, sketching, modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, composing and post processing your work!

Yes probably you are right, i alway work on two PC's with two different monitors. One old samsung i got from home along with my PC and second is DELL (don't actualy remember the model) but thats not the point.

The point is that i always have to re ajust lithing and sometimes materials to achive same result a made couple of minutes before on old monitor.

Isn't it difficult to go to the desk and sit down or stand up? People will hit their head to the ceiling no matter what.

The scene needs much more detail and atmosphere. Overall all the images look too dark, compositions need some love as well as design choices.

Hi Vogor,

Your level of detail in most of these images is really good but like a few have said before, I too think they fall on the dark side (accidental Star Wars reference) of where they could/should be. To remedy this, i'm wondering if it's not worth introducing some artificial light into the scenes? Turn you lamps on and some overhead lighting too and i think your end result will be MUCH more engaging. Keep up the good work!

Cool, I was referring to these images though. Most architectural photography utelises artificial + natural lighting when shooting interiors. Not only is it going to help brighten up your scene but the additional light sources create extra shadow definition and interest and can even help lead the viewers eye around the image done correctly. You have lots of reflective surfaces/objects that would reflect additional light so perhaps its worth a try? You might be surprised how much more detail some extra/subtle light sources may give these images :)
