probvleme installing corona

I had already had an impossibility to install corona on a machine, but as I had then changed computer, I had zapped the problem; now I would need to "reanimate" the old computer, and, with the installation of the 8, I find the problem intact: the installation window tells me that everything installs normally, I click "finish", but corona does not appear in the r20. ... is there a tutorial, instructions, to uninstall absolutely all components of corona, before reinstalling? thank you for your help!

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the installation. Can you please try doing it again using the ''unpack'' method as described in the article below?

well, I followed exactly this procedure, without success; I uninstalled c4d r20, reinstalled, without success; in desperation, I reinitialized windows, and at the installation of the daily build I have the following pop up: the dll is missing: MSVP140. dll; try to reinstall the program (it's the 1st installation, since the reinitialization of windows)... is it necessary to install a version previous to the 8, so that the 8 installs ????
