OMG. This put my "little subtle dust effects" on a shame position of horrendous giant dust particles. I am challenged. lol

    You´re the dust master. :) Particles ?

    Just amazing man.

This is super good.  The textures are perfect.  The details of the scratches on the metal and the plastic texture is spot on.  I had to look at it for a couple of seconds to realize it was indeed fake.  The only things that gave it away was the metal thickness is not as thick as it should be, the side you show with the plastic should have a metal seem down the middle of some kind where the metal meets after being wrapped around, the bevels for the metal on the sides are too small, the bevels for the metal at the end of the plastic are also too small, the plastic inside the holes of the usb is a strange color.  I pretty sure that plastic color in the holes is standard for every usb.  This is how to tell the difference between usb 2.0 and 3.0.  Every usb drive is also either retractable or comes with a cap.  Yours has no cap that will stay on it and it is definitely not retractable.  I only say these things in case you want to make it 100% real.

Still, it's one of the best photoreal renders I have ever seen.

Could you by any chance render the same scene again where cylinder with emissive (glowing) material intersects the middle of the dongle, and then apply the same post processing as you did on original render?

I know it is not nice of us that we do not trust you, but your render just looks way too damn realistic :D

100% fake ? it's jalousy speaking :) ? i'm kidding (or not !)

Inchiology : Congrats, it's just amazing. The plastic is amazing, i mean translucency, in fact everything is great :)
If you want to close the debate just put another render with another angle of camera...
