Not that im anal about it, but there is bluring and smearing on sofa texture.

This is special sofa cloth. Not uv problem. I m unwrap specialist. Thanks.

I think it more of a texture filtering than a uv mapping problem. You should decrease bitmap filtering size on that fabric texture.
