Besides the lateral distortion (ill fix in the end) and perspective view.

Nice work. I would add some fog to better feel the depth of the building and some dirt on the road and facade. You also should lower the markers on the road or just paint them. I hope this will help.

Cheers!

Add some furniture in windows and some motion blurred people on the street using 3dsMAX populate tool.

i would try a different aspect ratio of the image just to play with ...a little more vertical. you could use the "overscan" script to do it and it will keep the camera position and rotation. and a bit farther away with more focal length ...so that honda doesn't get to distorted
also your could try to make the light coming from the right side, so it can be a little more bright below that metal stucture

Thanks for the ideas, I get started with the comments...Im going to add AO from Mental Ray. The warm direct light I'll bust it in PS, lateral distortion too.

Building is located here.

Don't be lazy to draw a mask for parking lot lines and arrows. It sticks out from the asphalt to much and it's visible, that you used renderable splines. Also the trees on the right are to big, regarding their distance from the building (at least from the perspective it looks like there's like a 1 m distance). The branches will be touching the facade.
