Spent some time to model this building and setup the light corona 1.0 2 hrs of work.

Plan to make textures fo the building and wrk with decoration, enviroment, interior, and backyard.

I can never get used to 2 point perspective and high-rise buildings combo - it always look so wrong to me.

I can never get used to 2 point perspective and high-rise buildings combo - it always look so wrong to me.

It is habbit growed by most of the clients, diagonal lines somehow making them nervous mostly.

And it is a way to fix the feeling that building is falling backwards.

It's even worse, i've read once in one photography forum, some chap was complaining "why buildings in my photos are falling? Is my lens defective?" Oh boy...

Hey man, the progress looks great. If it were me I'd keep experimenting with views angles -- the second one seems a little 'crammed' and the first one shows a lot of pavement. I wonder what a 2.0 aspect ratio shot would look like zoomed out from the building with a lot more breathing room?

You may try to use a longer lens and a higher point of view, so the view doesn't appear so deformed.

I like how the scene's developing, maybe grass is a bit too big.

interesting project, but I also agree that the problem is not the tilt shift, for that size of building you should back up more to get less distortion in the building.
a height angle would help too, the frontal shot look the best so far in my opinion.

you should try to back up and use a longer lens, then apply the vertical shift ...
they look cool if i see them each in separate....but if you plan to do several, you have to converge the different PoV to get similar results, because in both sideways views the building looks tall, but in the second one, not so much....
and they will look a lot more distorted if you put people in the upper floors

and if you don't want to change the aspect ratio, try playing with the overscan script to give more space to the image, then adjust the lens  http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/overscan

it would be nice to see a render with some clouds now :D

Thanks for the advice i shure will try to work with different cameras.

I hope to have some time this weekend to get back to this projekt.
