Great materials, I like the small details like the hairs on the blanket.

IS there any chance of getting to download a scene (C4D Corona) from this high quality. I got stuck on a quality-level in my renders(Which i al learned through youtube) and i found that the best way to learn tips and tricks is to analyse existing scenes (Carpet, blanket, the dof setup,...) . Doesn't be need to be this scene in particular...

Beautiful!

How is the lighting setup?

Sun & sky or HDRI?

I struggle to not get the blown out/ over-exposed look from outside the windows.

Any help would be much apprechiated!?

Very much photorealistic and exceptionally natural. I am liking the minute details such as the plant and the showpiece by the window and a carelessly-thrown blanket on the sofa. Commendable.
