I was actually converting this plant to Corona for use in an interior project when I got sidetracked and started playing with the materials and post-processing..

So here is my result, any improvements and feedback are welcome.. :)

Really like this.  Nice soft natural look to the leaves and works well with the DOF.

Those leaves fairly high poly, and randomness added to them to get the variety?
