I have a heavy scene that is basically all xrefs and I can't use DR because each render node seems to be using different versions of the xrefs. Is there a way to flush the cache or force the nodes to reload xrefs? Maybe it's somewhere obvious that I've missed.

Are your "up to date" xrefs stored on a local drive, or in some network location?
Have you tried cleaning your "working directory"? (it is printed in the DrServer window)

We have all our project files on a network. No, haven't tried that, I'll try it next time it happens.

If the files are on the network, then Corona should grab them, instead of copying them to the local drive on the node. I don't understand how and old version could be loaded... :/
