[C4D] I need help! / Different looks from Lightmix

Hi,

i rendered different images from a room and prepared the light via lightmix. looks fine in renderpreview, but some images are completly overlighted when i open the rendered file in photoshop. someone with an idea where i can search the mistake?

need some help with masks. as you see in the added picture i wanted a maks for a house with object buffer. i think everything is correctly adjusted, but the rendering is only black without any mask. i did something wrong?

Hi

im Having a problem with some shadows. the shadows are created by the ceiling light tahts marked. used an area light for this and the light is emitted in watts. how can i avoid these hard shadows and turn it into a softer version?
