Hi,
Your DOF is to small and your camera is just a bit to high. Because of this you get the feeling you're watching a diorama. A lot of materials seem rather flat. Personally I think you've overdone the Chromatic Abberation.

Otherwise, it is a pretty good start.

Hi

Here is a tutorial about how to reduce the problem of tiling textures by Neil Blevins.
http://www.neilblevins.com/cg_education/tiling_trick/tiling_trick.htm

I think the lighting is too flat. Are you using corona sky? Doing lighting tests with a simple gray override material, can help to
concentrate on lighting and fun.

hope this helps

Corona sky is really good, simple and fast. Maybe easier at the beginning, you cant go wrong.
And if you want custom background or reflections from hdri environment, you can do it at corona render settings/environment tab, environment overrides.
Use photo references, helps a lot.

hope this helps
