you can add CoronaDisplacementMod modifier to your mesh object ...

yes but way to long to compute and memory hungry on large areas. Vray 2d displacement is a really good alternative to 3d displacement when it comes to larges surfaces. Would be great to have something similar in corona IMHO.

This is not different in any way than enabling displacement in the material. I don't want to sound rude, but can you restrain from posting stuff like that unless you are absolutely sure that your answer is helpful?
