Here's my take: if you want to work with agencies or in-house, learn Cinema 4d. If you want to be a freelancer or work for yourself, learn Blender.
There are plenty of exceptions to this, but that's my personal take. A lot of stuff is packed in the box for free or cheap with Blender compared to Cinema 4d. Eg x-particles or a good external renderer costs extra with c4d and those are must haves.
I personally use a XP-Pen Deco 01 V2
drawing pad , the tablet is just overall superior as in input device for both accuracy as well as long term use. Add pressure and angle sensitivity, and that alone makes it better than the mouse.
