Title: Layered Shader: Add checkbox to mat slots / Gray out Amount when mask is used

Lest it may be forgotten:
- I would really like a checkbox to toggle mats in the layered shader (active/inactive). It was confirmed that this is already in Max and should come, but just to make sure ;)

- Please gray out the "Amount" input field when a mask is used. It is without effect anyway, but I found it confuses people who try to achieve "addition mixing" with the values there and wonder why nothing happens.

Semi-solved.
The "amount" issue still stands.
