Guys, i've been looking for to tutorials that have something that i can use to do a realistic neon, but i can find it.
I tried to use light material e glass above and i can't do the expect result, it doesnt look like neon. does anybody have any tips?
I've been trying to get a neon on bright environments.

Did you try using Corona light + Corona distance shader for opacity? I imagine that might look convincing with two tubes, one larger than the other.

Should be fairly easy with some splines and a light material. Plus some bloom and glare in post.

You may want to experiment with it to control the opacity channel in a Corona Light material.

I don't know about the distance shader, or neon, but I know when I wanted a tube light (light material) recently to look more glowing, when I turned on bloom and glare suddenly it was glowing (some atmosphere around the tube).  As Beanzvision said above.
