Hi,
does somebody experienced this before? The amount of wanted Ram looks ridiculous high.

Hi everybody. In my case, I want to add some imperfections/dirt to a plaster material (exterior wall). It just looks too perfect and also the reflection is to even? What would be the “best” way to do this?
Using composite Layers in the diffuse slot or working with the reflection color or the reflection glossiness? And what map typ is good to add some variations to the reflections? Thanks for the help.

Hi everybody.
How do you make test renders of your scene, especially when testing your materials. In my case I render an exterior and when I use interactive render its to low in resolution and also takes quite long to see enough details. Of course I can switch from camera to perspective and zoom in, but it won’t fit to my actually render view, so it can look fine there but if I zoom back, it still doesn’t fit. Its quite difficult to setup my plaster material for the facade, so I think I do something wrong here. Does somebody have an advice for me?

[Max] I need help! / Gamma Baked into Jpeg for diffuse?

Hi everybody.
I have a question about the old and never ending topic "gamma correction"!
I use 3ds Max 2016 and my gamma setting in 3ds max is 2,2.

Is it right that I need to take care that my texture for diffuse slot has gamma 1,0 applied in photoshop before using it in 3dsMax/Corona. So I need to save it in RGB for example

And Bump, Disp, Normal is saved in sRGB, is this right?
