I decided to test TCAM v2 today after reading this server. Based on Chris' color sweep tests it looks like it handles color mapping better than the ACES color transform (I'm sorry for butchering the nomenclature). My hope is to find a solution that provides me with the most accurate colors based on my own workflow and available hardware/software.
This test is an s-log2 shot (not CGI, I'm sorry Jin), which I had to store in a different log format (ACEScc), since the TCAM OCIO-config doesn't include s-log2 specifically. Also, I'm comparing the TCAM sRGB output to the ACES rec.709 output, since the ACES sRGB output had way more contrast and crushed blacks than rec.709, compared to TCAM sRGB output.

I tried making these comparisons a gif, but really, that's a stupidly bad idea. So instead, here's a bunch of PNGs you can open in a browser and tab between to see the difference between how the different configurations handles the input colors and dynamic range.
Let's just say these daffodils are orange IRL, very much like what TCAM is producing, not neon yellow like what ACES does.
