I've been searching for a clean CMU (concrete masonry unit) texture, but I've been unable to find any. I have the one from Arroway, but that texture is too rough for my purpose. I'm looking for something that depicts a new CMU wall.

I appreciate any help pointing me to the right source.

Is this one too dirty for your purposes? You would also probably need to shift it in photoshop if you need a stackbond pattern

That's the best one I've come across as well. I'd prefer not to have stacked bond though, but perhaps I can offset some rows and make it running bond.

Masonry Designer from Acme Brick lets you build full wall textures in stack, running, third bonds using standard, soldier, or header coursing and lots of mortar colors.  It won't have every single brick style, but they often have something close to what I need.  I see a few different CMU options, but they might be a little rough for what you're looking for.  Still, a good resource to have for brick.
