hello!  does anyone would have an idea of the reflection shader in Corona able to match thjat effect of "broken" reflections?  I go nowhere on it since 2 hours; the closer I ve been is by tilting a bit the blanks!

Randomizing planks position and rotation is correct way to achieve this, but if for some reason you can't or don't want to do that, then you can play with normals. below is a short video demonstrating how it works. It's for 3ds Max, but i think the same principle can be easily transfered to C4D. You can also add Corona multi map, to get proper randomization.

I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

I don't know what you're after exactly but if you want the reflections to be more "in line" and not that rotated have a look at the phong tags of your planks.

I noticed that, when beveling edges of boxes in Cinema, you often get a look of slightly "bent" surfaces from the phong tag - deleting that tag or lowering the value might result in jagged edges but flat looking planks.
