Wow, this is really cool but the clouds look realistic only in some of the images. I think adding some more detail and "fuzziness" to the mesh would make them look better. Probably noise displacement in the material would be good enough. You made me want to play with clouds again. :)

maru, hi !
Thank you!

All is true, it simply example. Here one cloud which is multiplied and is simple рандомно is increased. Here the principle is simply shown.
For a final picture it is necessary to model each cloud separately, I would use more layers displace, or used FR-MTD, it is possible Z-BRUSH, it is possible scattering...
All depends on a case and the necessary result. It is possible to use poly + PF..., there is still plug-in SnowFlow, it is possible to combine in general all))

In it all sense  :)

Hi Tom, really great result :D

Could you explain step by step from the beginning to make the cloud and material? (some screenshots would be really nice though)

:D

Hello Tom! Some of those clouds are really excellent!
I too would like to see a more thorough explanation on how to build the mesh. It might seem simple to some, but I'm never quite happy with my clouds. Thanks for the post!
