That said are you encountering this issue in 3ds Max or Cinema 4D (Win / Mac)?

This seems like a common cause of corrupted elements, can you please remove and re-apply these render elements and see if the issue perists?

Try changing the options in the file saving dialog - for example bit depth or compression method. Some of the file types are saved incorrectly with specific settings and this is a 3ds Max bug.
