RC2 Freezing C4D every 5min...

Hi Forum,

Lately V7 RC2 has started freezing for arounf 10seconds every 5min. Not crashing. Have gone back to V6 for now. John

is this scene-specific? What version of C4D are you running? Is it possible to force quit (RSHIFT+LSHIFT+DEL) and create a minidump for us? Could you please disclose your computer specs including OS?

Hi Jan,

It is not project or scene specific. I am running R23 with Windows 10 Pro, Core  i9 10th Gen, 64 MB Ram, Nvidia RTX 3080 Studio. I have attached the bugreport file. No biggie as I am not using V7 features but best to let you guys know :-) Thanks, John :-)

I have logged this internally at (Internal ID=724070731). If you find time, could you re-test this without corona installed? (Cut and Pasting C:/Program Files/Maxon Cinema 4D R23/plugins/corona somewhere else should be enough). We have not received such report yet and I believe we would've seen it in the first days of an rc2 rather than in the last :)
