Hi! Bloom and Glare is a 2D process, based purely on the intensity of the pixels in the image, so there is no way at present to separate it by the 3D object (e.g. light source) that created it (which is just like real bloom and glare, which is a feature of the lens and not something that is created by or generated by individual objects). You'd have to use masks and other post process techniques to control bloom and glare that way.
