Btw I am interested in this Albedo element, does any object that come out as RED, mean it has an incorrect Albedo?, if so, Glass seems to fall in to it?

Albedo render element is currently very poorly implemented, as it takes reflection and refraction into account. So you should take red levels into consideration only on diffuse or slightly reflective materials.
