Hi all,

This might be an odd query; is it possible to view one of the render elements (ie; wire CMasking_WireColor, CESSENTIAL_Reflect) inside the Interactive renderer? Ie; rather than seeing the beauty pass we see a single chosen Render Element?

This might work against how the core IR works, though, right?

Thanks!

I don't often need it, but when I do, it's a bit of a pain not having this capability... it's like taking a step back into the old days before IR.

On a sidenote; Alex, the second feature requested you've backed up of mine this week. Having one of the heavyweights of the industry agreeing with you is a damn nice confidence boost :)

Hmm, isn't this already possible? Unless you're talking specificaly about IR in a viewport.

Hmm, well that was my query, I guess...

I don't know if it's possible? I was in fact talking specifically about IR in a viewport (but I guess it's a good start to have the capability in the IR VFB...)

You can do this in the VFB (floating) IR. Just select the render element you wish from the VFB drop-down.
For the viewport (docked) IR, this is already logged as a feature request.
