Hi!
best wishes everyone.

From last corona update (2018-01-03) can't install, get an error message installer can't start correctly.
I have tried several times without reboot, without anti-virus, and get another fatal error message.
With a reboot, same result.

stange think I have noticed, installer appear 2 times in task manager.

What OS are you running?

I'm on windows 7x64, antivirus is avast

I can confirm having the same issue installing this on windows 10 machine

Can you try running the installer as administrator?
If you launch the installer once, does it always appear as 2 items in the task manager?

Yeah same still broke

MaxInstaller_release.exe-Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (Ox0000142) Click ok to close the application.

Tried as admin tried a reboot nothing.

Update: ran a sfc /scannow no errors to fix still trying some thing.
update: ran update on graphics drivers still not working ran trouble shoot compatibility changed some registry entries
basically all the things windows has you check to fix this error and still does not work.

LightSelect element can be now set to contain all the unassigned light sources

Love this and cant wait to try. Does this mean unassigned lights will now be denoised if enabled?

Same here. Is this only small subset of users who are unable to install V4 daily builds or it's more global problem?

Yeah I am not sure not hearing much about this it seems to be a bad .Dll file someplace but i have tried everything and cant find any errors
I was able to install the service pack just fine. I also tried a complete uninstall and reinstall and still no luck.

Xexe, sometimes it seams that the daily builds discussion topic is the least monitored place in the forum. It's about 3 times less chance to catch devs attention here, than when you post some irrelavent stuff into off-topic board :]
