I have HDRI as the environment to light my exterior scene, but I want to override reflections with the black colour.
everything is fine until I want to set some Glossiness to the Reflection - I'm starting to see Sun from the HDRI
Is there any way to get rid of it?

Sadly, this is a known light transport issue, which will be very hard to fix. It is well documented and we have it in the "bugfixes" category in our internal tracker, so we will be sure to announce it once it's fixed.
You can learn more about it and other similar issues at https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000516180

I will also see if I am able to come up with some kind of workaround to this.
