Great to see the result of following our tutorial!
What caught my eye was the aliasing visible where the red light meets the carpaint - is it because of post processing?

Yeah, that's because unsharpen mask applied in post processing. Too much probably.

Btw also the carpaint flakes map come from a corona tutorial. :)

Yeah... looking good except I would just let it render a bit longer, like 200 passes, and apply bit less sharpening.

This is the same render with 500+ passes and bit less sharpness.

It looks like this one has even worse aliasing. Did you rendered it with image filtering turned off?

Yep... I am curious myself... It looks like AA is completely disabled :)

Image filtering was Tent. GI vs AA = 16
Do you suggest any other one or particular settings?

I'm also using a physical camera (latest daily build).

No, you're confusing sampling settings with image filtering. Latter can be found in render setup>system>frame buffer> image filter. By default it's set to Tent 2 px. Make sure it's not set to None or to too low width setting.

Hi, i was just reporting my settings about image sampling and image filtering.
The latter is TENT with Width 2px and Highlight clamping 0.
I noticed that increasing px width it clear up jagged edges but makes image image more blurry.

Isn't the sharpening done in post production, out of Corona?

Are you using distributed rendering, or sending your scene to a render farm?

No DR, no Server Farm.
This is the rendering straight out of Corona VFB (just some color correction and bloom in corona).

POST updated at the top with no more AA (i hope :))
