Thanks Nikola but Post # 72 and 76.... not fixed.

...
Yes,

they are not fixed. This is a general problem. As Cestmir have already written some tags in Cinema updates the scene periodically, which restarts the IR rendering. We are currently thinking about what we can do with this problem. If you want to help us, it would be great, if you can send us a list with all tags you have a problem with. When the IR starts looping try to delete the tags one by one until IR stops the looping.

Thank you
Nikola

Hi all,

release candidate 3 of Corona for Cinema 4D Beta 2 is out.

Download link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=13xF3PCozC71mO-ky1hnjz6eXYqJJfd3H

Changes:
  • Fixed wrongly positioned instanced objects when motion blur was used in IR
  • Fixed some random crashes in Motion blur
  • Fixed crash when material override was used with some textured material and some object didn't have texture tag
  • Fixed crash when empty Projector shader was used in a Shared shader (refreshing still have to be fixed)

Hello, we're testing Corona for Cinema 4D, version B2 rc 2.
in this version green pixels appear in the rendering. we use the team renderer, all nodes have been updated to version B2 rc 2. can someone readjust this?
See Screenshot 1 and 2 -> B2 RC2
Screenshot 4 -> B2 RC1
Hello,

hard to say without the scene. There are no changes between RC 1 and RC 2 which should cause this. Is the issue reliably reproducible, i.e. when you render it more times in a row using RC 1 there is no issue with the dots and when you render it more times in a row using RC 2 the dost are here every time? Do you use UHD cache? And when you change GI solver in render settings from UHD cache to Path tracing does it solve the issue?

Thank you
Nikola

Override material with bump texture... c4d quits. Tested few files.

Hi Imran,

Thank you for the bug report. I fixed the crash, but I would like to ask you whether there is some object in the scene which doesn't have assigned any material (doesn't have any texture tag)? In such case, if the material has some shader in any of its channels this channel will not affect the look of the object because object hasn't texture tag and Corona don't know what mapping it should use because meaning of the Material override is mainly to temporarily override material of all objects which already has some material assigned. Alternatively, you can use "Projector" shader to tell Corona what mapping should be used for the given channel.

[C4D] Resolved Bugs / Re: Missing LUT folder
« on: 2018-10-10, 12:30:58 »
It's not resolved yet on Mojave, only on High Sierra!!
I am already using Mojave, and I don't have this issue. Can you please open "/Library/Application Support/Corona" path in finder (Command + Shift + G) and check whether lut subfolder exists or is empty?

I am locking this thread because there will be no more Daily Builds of Beta 2 (we release the RCs now) but we are still investigating and fixing the problems from this thread.

Hi Nikola,

C4D node layer shader (composite node) was not added right?
Hi Fabio,

we are still implementing it.

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the issue with exposure. Everything works on my computer. I opened your scene in R19, immediately clicked on "Render to Picture Viewer" when rendering finished I clicked on "Render All Takes to PV" and all (four) pictures have correct gamma. Do you do something more to reproduce the issue?

Thank you
Nikola
