I can have a  look at your scene. Please send it or a download link to mail(at)daniel-schmidt.biz
Best would be a simplified scene that still triggers the error. So maybe remove most of the geometry and try rendering at lower resolution.

@Bobby The other masking tools in psd-manager require deep data - that Corona doesn't support (e.g. G-Buffer). I have some thing on the roadmap to make them usable.

However, there is also nice stuff for masking in psd-manager 4. To simplify using Mask render elements. You don't need to name them properly - psd-manager will. psd-manager also splits the Mask Images  RGB channels into separate Photoshop layers - so they can be used conviniently to make selections in Photoshop (find layer via right click on image, make selection via CTRL + Click on layer). (you can also turn that behaviour off)

psd-manager 4 is now available. It was hard work making a render effect work in a renderer that doesn't support render effects currently. However, the smooth workflow now for render elements (using LightMix) in 32-bit and even 16-bit PSDs using the special Gamma Adjustment Layer was worth it, I think.

Hello, I'm the developer of psd-manager and just had a brief look at this using Alpha 7.2. The reason why the current psd-manager version (3.2.2) can not save the image is simply that Corona supports no 3ds max render effects, right? So psd-manager never gets the signal to save the image. Saving the main image and render elements at the render end should be doable, I will see what I can do for the future. All the other psd-manager features require support for the 3ds max G-Buffer channels and Corona does not provide those as far as I know.
