Don´t know if we mean the same: It´s only about the sockets inside the blind. I mean: the holes for the plug pins should be horizontally.

Like this:

If it´s real world - well I never would succeed in loading my cellphone there :)

Good Luck!

Since there is the "INFO" section in cVFB, maybe it would be a good idea to display something like "Rendering and denoising cancelled." :)

Good Luck

Regarding the internal res?Has an alternative been provided or?

You should not need one. The (main) reasons for using bigger internal resolutions are now handled by adaptivity, denoising and Highlight clamping (can be found in the Image filter group).

I'm also looking for the internal res section... has this been removed?

Yes.

Do i need to update 3dsmax 2016 to SP2?

Just a side note: Don´t install SP2 for Max 2016, install SP3. Serious issues relating to object hierarchy (making it impossible to work with groups for example) are fixed there. And if I remember correctly, they were introduced by SP2.

Good Luck

Yes, it´s different, different technology. To achieve the same with Corona you have to pull out the swiss army knife: Corona Rayswitch Material.

See

https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000516723-how-to-disable-shadow-casting-of-an-object-

This is exactly what happens here.

Good Luck!

Edit: It´s now projected to wrap it automatically at rendertime:

https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php/topic,11965.msg77118.html#msg77118

I suggested this about 1 year ago after discussing those object property options and what users would expect, gave up and was told that I may write my own maxscript material using rayswitch to achieve this ;) Glad to see this very important step of a perfect max integration now in the first 1.5 daily

And the plane-to-reflect (look into the mirrorball) is strangely bright, seems like "Cast Shadows" is disabled on the object.

Good Luck

The missing dll is part of the Visual C++ runtime libraries which should come with the Corona installer and/or a windows update. Is your windows (which one?) up to date? Afaik various windows updates are a requirement to get them installed.

Good Luck

I would tell opposite.

*tilt*

I think we both judged the same :)

(...) to 9999mb which is max and which I would love to be able to set up even higher (...)

You may request this as a feature. If there is no real technical reason for this limit and just someone thought "hey, 640k 9999mb ought to be enough for anyone", it should be up to the user how much is used.

Good Luck
