Are there any render farms that support Corona for Cinema4D? Even though it's in Alpha stage?

I've been using it everyday for the last week and not a single crash or hang or anything! Super stable release for me for an alpha, excellent work. Can't wait for Corona for Cinema4d to conquer the rendering world :)

Hey guys,

the new layered material is spectacular, but it would really need to forward the Material IDs to the Corona Multipass, currently it ignores them.

Cheers & happy rendering in 2017!

Hi Brad,

I think a light lister is planned for the next 3ds max version (1.6), might make it afterwards to the C4D version?
They might know better though.

The compositing tag is incredibly powerful, would love to see a checkbook for self-shadows as well (like the c4d comp tag allows or the one from Arnold) unfortunately our pipeline needs self-shadows disabled at certain areas.

Hi, would love to see proper motion blur with the Corona Renderer at some point down the beta/release stage.

What's missing is of course deformation motion blur and motion blur for cached animations such as from alembic files http://www.alembic.io, which is a pretty much industry standard workflow as it allows to pass animation caches down the pipe and get rid of all rig components etc. during lighting and rendering while streaming it directly from disk.

Alembic is implemented very well already in Cinema4D and adding support for its motion blur would be phenomenal!

Hey zuliban,

makes total sense, the assets you have on your turbosquid are absolute top notch, thanks for those, can't wait to see your tutorial, keep up the amazing work!

That and perhaps motion blur support for deformation and alembic caches. Other than that I think it's really great and a lot more stable now.

This is super impressive! To get back on the tone mapping points, how did you handle that in Nuke, with ArionFX, custom gizmos etc.? Cheers, you should sell the entire project, people would definitely pay to learn from it, like Benoit did: http://www.turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/975023?referral=BBB3viz

Also wanted to say how impressed I am by the renderer, of course a few parts missing (such as Hair shader, deformation/alembic cache motion blur) but this renderer is going to hopefully take over the animation industry :)

Looking forward to the Marschner Hair shader! One of the few components missing to be a full production renderer.
