Off-Topic / Best 360 camera for hdri

After I abandoned the idea of using 3ds max native Hair Fur (Corona does not read the .stat files in DR).
I decided to try Ornatrix.
Before I buy this I want to be sure that everything works well.
I'm trying the demo version but I have a problem.
At the end of hair I always have a lot of noise (in animation this is even more evident) and there is no antialias (as can be seen in the attached picture).
This tutorial explains how to solve the problem in Vray (because Ornatrix fully supports Vray)

But in Corona how can we solve the problem?

I'm using a trial version of Phoenix and I have this problem when I launch a render of liquid with foam.
The foam is always completely black and I have an error window like the one attached.
I think Corona not support Particle shader.

Hi,
I'm trying to find the best solution to add the reflection of a road that runs into the eye.

At the moment I created a scene with a street and a 360 ° room.
I exported a sequence of hdri.
In a new scene I put the video capture with the close-up of the eye as background.
I created a sphere and put it over the eye.
I have inserted the hdri sequence as environment.

The problem is material.
I tried to use Corona Shadow Catcher only with reflection properties but not work...
Suggestions?

HAIR AND FUR STILL NOT WORKING IN CORONA 1.7 DR
Slaves not read .stat files.

Does Corona's team think that this is not a serious problem?
because none of them responded about this problem.

I start to use 1.7 and Hair and Fur not support mapping..
this is a big problem if you want to create a carpet or fur like jaguar (what I have to do :((((((

also in Dr, slaves not read cache fur file simulation.

Will these problems be solved?

I just bought a new workstation with windows10. I have to work with a workstation with windows7 in distribute render .. can this work or i will have compatibility problems for different operating systems?
Is really urgent please.

I'have a problem with a glass material (I've used a official glass material)
As you can see the result is not good, the refraction is too jagged.
I would like to have a more smooth refraction.
Someone can help me to solve this problem?

Hello,
I started to use a FairSaas license this month and I have a big problem.
I'm trying to finish a project:
I'have a very simple scene with:
- shot as "Direct visibility override"
- Hdri as Environment Map
- a plane with shadowCatcherMtl and same shot as Enviro/Backplate
- a simple Camera
- an object

I set Corona in a "Noise level limit" and It is very unstable.
Some render work well and others take a long time (almost infinite time)

It reached in very little time 0% noise level (but is very noisy) and does not stop up to endless passes.
Sometimes I stop and re-start render and work fine.
Sometimes this reaches 0% and does not stop after a short time, the noise level increases again (for example 24%) and does not stop.

I am attaching a screenshot of a render that I had to stop because I was going to infinity (noise limit set at 1.5%)

You can understand that it is impossible to work well with this problem.

I found some bugs in the DR.
1. Render region does not work in DR. When the first passes of the slave pc start, the area outside the render region starts to render (I attach a picture to be clearer).

2. If you use a liquid with phoenix3d (and I imagine any program that saves simulation files in a cache folder for exaple Real Flow too)
The slave computer does not see the liquid. For the slave PC is as if the liquid does not exist.

From the first pass of the slave Pc the liquid begins to disappear.

everything is properly set relating phoenix3d (input into the shared folder accessible from both pc).
many bugs

In V-Ray that does not happen because dr spawner open a 3ds instance on Pc slave when you launch a distributed render and then loads all of the installed plugins also on the slave pc.

There is a solution for this big problem?

Hi, I've problem with region render.
I do a render, after I change something, I select a region and I make again render.
The problem is that everything goes black and only renders the region, but I want to leave the part that I have not checked with the previous render.

Hi,
I just started to try a Corona demo version with 3ds and I think to buy it but,
my question is:

From what I understand, I can only use progressive rendering.
In an animation if I use the "time limit" every frame will have a different quality depending on the complexity of the frame.
At the same time if I use the "pass limit", I do not know how many passes I need to have a good quality.
Right?
So my question is:
How I can do to render an animation that has a constant quality in all their frames?
(When I tried Vray I used the bucket mode)

What is the best way to render a more frames animation in Corona?
